At Lead Coach Level YOU will be the person(s) developing coaching within your organisation.

What structures are needed to make a coaching culture both strategic and operational?
Is coaching on the SDP?
Is coaching being talked about, around school?
Are governors aware that coaching is implicit within your culture; do you share the benefits of this approach with them?
We know that developing a coaching culture is not a quick fix, can you clearly articulate the benefits?

The Lead Coach tier will cover a minimum of one school year/3 terms.

Your Lead Coach file is only a starting point, to gain accreditation, the aim is that participants do their own research, reading and learning, demonstrating their contribution to this in the submission portfolio.
